Approach

The VIP recruitment therefore consists of identifying potential beneficiaries of the pre-financing program for their travel procedure. It involves submitting all applications to a file analysis and an eligibility questionnaire. The results of this analysis will determine the eligibility or not of the candidate. For candidates who are declared eligible, they will be offered a contract in which the candidate must materialize their commitment by making a symbolic deposit of 150,000fr (for students) and 200,000fr (for workers) into the bank account of the company to give the go-ahead for the start of the procedure proper. However, for candidates not eligible for the VIP program, all is not lost. They will be offered a standard procedure in which they can pre-finance the costs progressively. Note that the eligibility fees are non-refundable but not lost as they are counted in the fees of the process except for cases of withdrawal. NB :

  • All payments will be made either directly to the agency or to the agency's UBA bank account and the receipt will be deposited at the bank against a standardized invoice. For those who are far from Cotonou or outside of Benin, secure online payment options will be made available on the company's website.
  • After the eligibility study and before starting any procedure, it is advisable for all types of clients to demand the signing of the service provision contract from the notary of the company.
